How can I pay for an online order?

You can pay by the following methods:
• Giftcard
• Visa
• MasterCard
• Debit Cards
• American Express
• PayPal

We do not accept:

• Cheques or postal orders
• Cheques or postal ordersEurocheques

• Purchase orders
• Love to Shop Vouchers

I’m not in the UK, can I still place & receive an order?

SD-Bargins do not offer International delivery worldwide at present. we at SD-Bargins are looking to implement this very soon and working hard to get this implemented as soon as we can.

Do I need to set up an account?

You are not required to create an account to place an order with us.

By creating an account, you can access the following:
• Your order status
• Your order history
• Manage your addresses

If you wish to create an account, please click the My Account option at the top of your screen and enter your details.

Can I confirm if my order was successfully placed?

If you are a registered customer, you can log into your account and check your order status.

If you do not have an account, we will keep you updated via email.

How do I find my order number?

You will receive this in your order acknowledgement email and all further email contact from SD-Bargins which relate to this order. If you are a registered customer, it will be visible in the “View Orders” section in your account.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to the quick turnaround of orders we are unable to cancel or amend an order, upon customer request, once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the order.

You must take reasonable care of the products and they must remain unused and unopened. Once the items are returned and granted the meet the return requirements, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge.

Please note that your right to return products does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty or not clearly as described – Unsealed DVDs or video games, tablets and consoles, and certain Baby items for hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Why won’t it accept my card when making payment?

Please note, we accept the following cards:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Debit Cards
• American Express

If your card is being declined, please ensure you are entering the correct details. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact your bank or card provider.

Can I pay for an order over the phone?

No, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or email.

I have placed an order, will I receive an email to confirm my order has been received?

Yes, once you place an, you will instantly receive an automated email confirming that your order has been received. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase is not complete until the order have been dispatched to you.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam / junk mail. If you still cannot find this email, the most common reason for this is due to the incorrect email address being entered at the checkout.

How do I return an unwanted item that I have purchased online?

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so, once you notify us within 28 days of receipt of the order via email. We will be in touch as soon as we are notified of the return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please note that it is your responsibility to return this item in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs. You must also ensure that you quote your order reference number on the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets these conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

• Nursery (Baby) items, for hygiene reasons
• Computer games, consoles or tablets where the seal has been broken

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cooling Off Period
There is a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods through one of the following mediums:

We will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition. Where the returned/cancelled item forms part of a larger order all of which is not being return, the original delivery charge will continue to apply. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging.
